To enrol a new patient:
- Patient sees the system, or info about it, and likes it.
- Patient signs enrolment form. Countersigned by member of staff.
- Enrolment form passed to a local RPV administrator: Alison Stevenson, Neil Turner, Christine Jansen, Wendy Metcalfe.
- Administrator enrols patient by activating 'send' in Proton, and registering patient's ID with RPV server.
- Administrator sends logins to patient and GP.
- Patient should be able to see info the following morning or sooner.
