Hypokalaemia

 

A 35 year old male civil servant presented with weakness and tiredness. Serum potassium varied from 2.2 to 2.8. There were no significant previous illnesses and no family history of note. Clinical examination was normal. Blood pressure was 100/60. Investigations showed the following:

Blood count normal
Biochemistry (blood)  
Biochemistry (urine)  
Microbiology  
Other ECG: U waves
   
   

 

What is the most likely diagnosis?
