Clinical details: Gas exchange improved, ? fluid or consolidation at L base now. Also for position RIJ line tip.

Report: The alveolar shadowing previously noted has largely resolved but there is persisting consolidation in the left mid zone and a sizeable left pleural effusion is now seen. The central venous line tip is well advanced into the right atrium and no pneumothorax is seen.
